An access/correction request for information will be processed in accordance with the time limits set out in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act nad regulations.
Fee: $5.00 non-refundable application fee is required for all access to information requests.
Payment: Online payment is now available. Once you have submitted your form, you can process your payment immediately.
The time limit to respond to your inquiry will begin from the date the request, and the $5.00 fee, are received.
Please provide a detailed description of requested records, personal information or personal information to be corrected. If you are requesting access to or correction of your own personal information, please identify the personal information bank or record containing the personal information, if known. If you are requesting a correction of personal information, please indicate the desired correction, and if appropriate, attach any supporting documentation. You will be notified if the correction is not made and you may require that a statement of disagreement be attached to your personal information.
In the event your FOI request has supporting documentation to accompany the request (ie: Schedule, Appendix etc.), please email this directly to clerks@scugog.ca. Please include FOI Request - Name and Request Subject (address etc.) in the subject line of the email.
