Please provide the following attachments:

• Property Owner Approval (fixed located)
• Dates, times, and locations for operation (door to door)
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Site Plan (site drawing with location and set-backs)
• Application Fee ($268.00)
• Proof of Insurance ($5 million with Township as Additional insured)

CONDITIONS

Fixed Location

1. Operations shall not create a public hazard or nuisance;
2. Sale shall only take place from the approved locations;
3. The licence shall be visibly displayed;
4. Operations shall only take place in Commercial or Community Facilitiy Zones as approved, and;
5. No operations shall take place in the Main Central Area.

Door-to-door

1. Operations shall not create a public hazard or nuisance;
2. No displays shall be established at a fixed ocation;
3. Visible photo identification shall be carried at al times;
4. A copy of the licence must be produced upon requestion;
5. Door-to-door sales may only take place on the days and times as follows:

Monday - Friday              9:00am - 8:00pm 

Saturday                         9:00am - 5:00pm

Sundays/Holidays           Prohibited 

   6. No operations shall take place in the Main Central Area.
