Request for a Propane Zoning Letter

The fee for a Request for a Propane Zoning Letter is $520.00 per request. Please allow 7-10 business days for the request to be completed and emailed to the applicant's address provided. 

The Township of Scugog will provide a written response to Request for a Propane Zoning Letters with information involving any of the following property related matters:

· Open or outstanding building permits affecting a property

· Outstanding notices/orders issued against a property

· Confirmation of the zoning category

· Minor variances granted for a property

 All requests for a Propane Zoning Letter must be accompanied by letter on company letterhead or in standard letter format, dated and signed by the requestor.
