Search of Records/Zoning Compliance Request
The fee for a Search of Records/Zoning Compliance is $520.00 per request. Please allow 7-10 business days for the request to be completed and emailed to the applicant's address provided.
The Township of Scugog will provide a written response to Search Of Record/ Zoning Compliance Requests with information involving any of the following property related matters:
· Open or outstanding building permits affecting a property
· Approved pool enclosure permits
· Outstanding notices/orders issued against a property
· Confirmation of the zoning category
· Compliance with the zoning category- Please note a survey will need to be submitted
· Minor variances granted for a property
· The heritage status of a property
· The Official Plan designation
· Local Improvements past or present
