Volunteer Firefighter Recruitment Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Volunteer Firefighter. 

Please complete the application form and upload your cover letter and resume to be considered for a position.

Are you 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to work in Canada?
Do you possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12) or academic equivalent?
Do you have convictions under the Canadian Criminal Code for which a pardon has not been granted?
Do you have a valid Ontario Class "G" (minimum) Driver's License with willingness to provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract dated within three months of the application date?
Are you willing to obtain a valid Ontario Class "DZ" driver’s license within 12 months of hire date?
Are you fully vaccinated for the following: MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Polio, Diphtheria, Hepatitis B, Tetanus and COVID-19?
